At Côte Valeur, we take pride in crafting high-quality pieces exclusively for you. As each item is produced only after your order is placed, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. We only accept returns if the product is defective or incorrect.
Return Window
If you receive a product which is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.Please send clear photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund for the affected item.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs, including any customs fees, are the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure the item is securely packaged and shipped using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item as well as the approval or rejection status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credited amount will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
